In 2020, AG Club released their debut EP Halfway Off the Porch with in the amazing track “Memphis,” which landed on Spotify’s Viral Top 50 chart and has accumulated 10M streams. After “Memphis”, the band released the next single and video for the track “ Hangover .” In September they released the “Memphis (Pt.2)” ft NLE Choppa and A$AP Ferg. “Halfway Off the Porch” followed a string of singles from the previous two years, starting with AG Club’s 2018 debut “Scam Likely” to popular tracks “You” and “Brass” from 2019.
However Hey, I know you’re here for the review of the single, so, let’s talk about “YouTube2MP3”.
Yep, it’s a good song and I love the BROCKHAMPTON influences, the production is really well made and surely this group will go far, I’m sure of this!
I personally like the use of the classic piano in the song and the part I particularly like is at 3.00 circa, when the piano is merged with a horn section and then there is the final tail of the song. I love it, reminds me a lot of Easy Life.
