Up and coming artist Maxton Hunter released his second EP “Paradise Syndrome” in April 2020, Here’s our track-by-track review of his new project!

1. Trance with Me

Starting the EP off with a fun but dreamy and laid-back vibe, this two minute track is fully instrumental to set the perfect scene for the rest of the EP.

2. I Thought I knew

This next track starts out with a fun guitar solo that brings listeners into the three minute track. Listeners are transported into a story of finding someone and instantly falling in love with them. From the perfect harmonies and vocals, to the calm and loveable instrumental, fans are sure to love this track.

3. Noosa

Hunter’s third track takes a more upbeat tempo but he still manages to keep the starting guitar solo before adding to the sound. This track is all about trying to find someone in this world who doesn’t remind of someone you’re trying to forget.

4. Hopeless Romance

This next song has a very laid back vibe paired with dreamy vocals and instrumental as well as a catchy sound, this track about trying to find romance can easily get stuck in listeners heads.

5. The Death of Eliot Hall

Going into a darker and dreamy vibe this track slows down and focuses on percussion and slowly brings in guitar and angelic vocals that are able to paint the picture of someone (Eliot Hall) being gone much too young.

6. Savvy Sydney

Hunter ends the album just as strong as he started it, with a fun and calm vibe and beautiful instrumental the minute long track is used to bring the EP to a close.

Overall, from the fun and laid back vibe this EP gives, to the beautiful vocals and instrumentals this EP has something for everyone to enjoy.
