j solomon Releases “Greetings From Suburbia”.

Written by: Nico Rojas

This weekend we have been blessed with the super smooth, relatable, honest story of j solomon’s adolescence. In his “Greetings from Suburbia”, solomon captures the essence of what growing up really is, with honest thoughts about the people close to his life in High School years, and I just love how deep down we can all identify.

This song got big attention on TikTok with more than 1 Million views on content related to it and we’re very happy it has finally been released on all platforms last Friday. Talking of making ‘juvenile predictions’ about the hometown friends, and the hole left on parents when kids go away, this song is just something I think we all thought of one time or another.

My favorite part is closing with another prediction, to me it has a sense of an open ended book, as if there is more to the story that we just don't get to hear in this piece, but the nostalgic sound of the catchy line greetings from suburbia, is just enough to make someone like me in their 20s, wonder in another 10 years, what’d have happened to all these people from your youth. Nonetheless this is a wonderful song that shall touch your heart should you open your ears to it.
