Briston Maroney Releases Full Length Album ‘Sunflower’.

I’ve always thought that the Tennessee Native Briston Maroney is a musical genius, and his freshly released full length album Sunflower proves that statement even more.
After the song off his Carnival EP, “Freakin’ Out On The Interstate” gained popularity from TikTok, many people found a new love for Briston. The social media platform seems to be the new place to find your new favourite music - and a perfect place for valuable artists to gain recognition.
The 10 tracked project contains previously released singles, such as “Freeway”, “Deep Sea Diver”, “It’s Still Cool If You Don’t”, and “Sinkin’”. As well as 6 new tunes, to perfectly shape the project.
Along with the project, Briston and his team made a visual for the entire album, making the album even more of a work of art.
On Lightning 100’s exclusive premiere of Sunflower, Maroney mentioned that he intentionally started the album off with an upbeat track (“Sinkin’”), and ended it with a sentimental one (“Say My Name”), and it made the project even more special. With some rock heavy tracks, and a few stripped back ones, Briston Maroney’s Sunflower is the perfect representation of how amazing he truly is.
