Dreamland IRL was somethin’ special. I had seen Glass Animals a couple of times before this, but this immersive experience that the band put together for their fans was something you couldn’t miss! Before entering the venue, the crowd is directed through a warehouse full of Dreamland-esque photo ops, merch, neon signs, and pac man video games to play before the show started. It truly felt like you were experiencing the album right in front of your eyes - the effort that got put into the design of the entire experience was amazing!
Glass Animals played a very early show, which made for the perfect opportunity of a beautiful sunset right in the middle of their set. Per usual, the band put on an unforgettable performance with stage presence that is unmatched, and a connection with their fans that you don’t find very often. It’s the best feeling seeing fans be so passionate about their music, knowing this experience was one they’ll never forget. Despite it being almost 90 degrees, the crowd still danced their butts off and sang every word back to the band. Glass Animals shows get better every time, and I’ll never get tired of them!
