New York, NY @ Mercury Lounge

Even a snow storm can’t stop Beeson from playing her first official New York City show at Mercury Lounge. The Utah born singer/songwriter has faced a snow storm following her on tour, but this has not stopped fans from braving the snow to witness The Ritual Tour – Beeson’s first headline tour.

From having her producer’s band, Sack Lunch!, open up the show and having her fans choose her cover song of the night (“Taste” by Sabrina Carpenter), Beeson makes her first New York City show feel like a hometown show.

Fans hear songs from old Beeson reflecting on both her relationships with Mormonism and Mormonism relationships before teasing the audience with new music. Beeson is expected to release a deluxe version of her EP, Ritual – date has yet to be announced.

Reflecting on her time growing up in Arizona and her more recent endeavors in LA through her music, we find that Beeson is a horse girl at heart, but wants to be a big star and us fans know this is only the beginning.
