“Onetwothree” is William Hinson’s lastest single, released on September 25, 2020 which is included in his debut album. William Hinson is an indie pop singer-songwriter from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I think that “Onethwothree” is a great song, after all. Interesting and easy to listen, one of the most important things for an artist that wants to make the difference in the indie pop world. We can clearly hear lots of influences in this song, from The 1975 to The Beatles, passing through John Mayer. This song could be easily part of the album A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships by The 1975.

How guitars are played in this song is a clear reference to the sound of the British indie rock band. That, to be honest is one of my favourite bands, so, yep, this is a compliment, dear William Hinson.

The way William uses his voice in this song reminds me a lot of John Mayer in the way that he plays with middle/low voice tone. Good Job William, even if my favourite song from him is “Normal Day”, “Onetwothree” is also a great song!

Keep on doin’!
