Glitter, the good, and bad things; TALK on ‘Lord of the Flies & Birds & Bees’.
TALK’s debut album Lord of the Flies & Birds & Bees is a tongue twister, but it is one to remember.
The Ottawa-bred rock artist’s debut was produced by himself, frequent collaborators, and friends, while having credits to Justin Tranter who’s worked with the likes of Justin Bieber and Imagine Dragons. Nicholas Durocher (TALK) describes Tranter as being the “best mentor ever”, having co-written some of the album’s notable tracks “A Little Bit Happy”, “History”, and more.
The project goes through waves of emotions - both good and bad.“Thematically the album is about love and friendship being able to survive anything. It’s never too late to lift someone up,” TALK adds. With the help of a powerful voice and astonishing guitar solos, TALK’s debut is an incredible one.
