Matthew Chaim Releases “Tear”.

From releasing his debut project Homemade, in 2018, and after putting out his last album, The Mathematics of Nature, Montreal based artist by the name of Matthew Chaim is back with his latest single, “Tear”. When I say Chaim never fails to impress us, I mean he never fails to impress us. He’s constantly trying to make his sound evolve, and his new song proves that.
As posted on his Instagram account, Matthew says that ‘Tear is about sacrifice. It is about being pulled in two opposite directions and splitting at the seams.’ And if you listen carefully to the lyrics, they will hit you in the guts, as his lyrics usually do, because he’s such a creative thinker when it comes to his art, which is what makes Matthew Chaim one of my favorites.
You could almost say listen to Matthew’s discography could tell his whole life story, and that’s totally true. “Tear” talks about another part of his life, and we can’t wait to listen to the next melodious journey.
