Keshi does it again. Casey Luong (most commonly known as Keshi), is a R&B rapper from Houston, Texas. If you have not yet enjoyed being “drunk” off his vibes and feelings in his music, with EPs like Drunk, and THE REAPER, now is the time to do it.
keshi’s thorough production in this new track “beside you” is no surprise to lovers of his music. Whether it’s a new style to you, or you’ve been a fan all along, the chill vibes with beautiful harmonies that dance with the relatable lyric of a love story reclaiming true feelings of a loved one; all of these combine will hit you, and make you want to make sure you don’t miss another beat from keshi.
With the month of May being the Asian Pacifican American Heritage month, I believe is extra important to highlight keshi’s Vietnamese heritage, and allude to the fact that he grew up in this community, and how thankful we are that they’ve given us his amazing talent as a storyteller and painter of sounds, to enjoy this art universally.
