After releasing his first two original songs in 2020, singer/songwriter Joshua Bassett is back with a new single that is sure to get stuck in your head.
After a busy year, Bassett has just released his lead single “Lie Lie Lie” and its music video. The track takes listeners into the story of someone who only thinks about themselves, and lies to everyone else. But to stay safe they put up an innocent act, so no one would think they were telling lies. This track talks about exposing, confronting and leaving that person in the past.
With the catchy lyrics and the upbeat and fun instrumental, the song is easy to love. Lucky for fans, Bassett released an equally entertaining music video for the single.
In the video Bassett is seen dancing around, singing and playing guitar, as well as talking with someone in a car, and just being himself. The music video is easy to enjoy and the song is sure to get you singing along.
