Edith Releases Her Second EP.
Written by: Sarah Evangelista
London based pop artist has recently released her sophomore EP, titled Promises. After her debut EP, released in March, this eight track project is more mature, and features heartbreak songs that almost everyone could relate to on some level.
At just the age of 21, Edith has many plans ahead of her. She moved from Romania to England to focus on her music career, and hasn’t looked back since. She’s always striving to make her music bigger and better, and hasn’t done otherwise since.
Like I mentioned before, Promises is a collection of heartbreak songs that will hit you in the gut, but in a good and magical way. My personal favourites are “No Promises No Pain”, and “Sad Girls Make Bad Boys Cry”, because they both express the process of moving on from what doesn’t serve you anymore, and living life. Edith poured her heart into every song off this album, and every detail was put into it with a whole lot of effort. She is definitely an artist to watch out for, before her songs become massive hits.
